1. Ownership of Run of Shows

Run of Shows is owned and operated by One Creative FZ LLC, a company registered in Fujairah Creative City Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, with a business address at Marina Plaza, Dubai Marina, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

This Copyright & Intellectual Property Notice applies to:

• RunOfShows.com;
• RunOfShows.app;
• the Run of Shows software and web application;
• related product documentation and materials; and
• associated Run of Shows services, branding and content.

For the purposes of this Notice, references to "Run of Shows," "we," "us," "our," or "the Company" refer to the legal operator of the Run of Shows service, as applicable.

Unless otherwise stated, the intellectual property forming part of Run of Shows is owned by, licensed to or used with permission by Run of Shows.

This includes, where applicable:

• software and source code;
• application architecture;
• interface and visual design;
• platform functionality;
• graphics and icons;
• website and application content;
• product documentation;
• workflows and platform materials;
• databases and database structure;
• logos;
• branding; and
• the Run of Shows name and associated brand assets.

These materials are protected by applicable copyright, intellectual-property and other laws.

2. Run of Shows brand

"Run of Shows" is used as the name and brand of the Run of Shows product.

The Run of Shows name, logo and associated visual identity may not be copied, reproduced, modified, imitated or used in a manner that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation or ownership without prior written permission.

Nothing in this Notice states or implies that the Run of Shows name or logo is currently a registered trademark unless and until such registration is formally obtained.

All rights in the brand are reserved to the extent available under applicable law.

3. Your content remains yours

Run of Shows does not claim ownership of the show content you create or upload.

You retain your rights in your:

• rundowns;
• cue sheets;
• scripts;
• event information;
• production notes;
• uploaded photographs;
• uploaded logos; and
• other original content submitted through your account.

Using Run of Shows does not transfer ownership of that content to us.

4. Limited licence required to operate the service

To provide Run of Shows, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to:

• host;
• store;
• reproduce;
• process;
• transmit;
• synchronise;
• back up; and
• display

your content only to the extent reasonably necessary to provide and operate the Run of Shows service and make the content available to you and the people you authorise.

This licence ends when the content is deleted from our active systems, subject to normal backup retention, legal requirements and other circumstances described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Your responsibility for uploaded content

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions for all material you upload or enter into Run of Shows.

You must not upload or share material that unlawfully infringes:

• copyright;
• trademark rights;
• image or publicity rights;
• confidentiality obligations;
• privacy rights; or
• any other intellectual-property or legal rights belonging to another person.

If you upload a client logo, photograph, script, event branding or other third-party material, you are responsible for obtaining any permission required for that use.

6. Licence to use the Run of Shows software

Subject to the Terms of Service, Run of Shows grants authorised users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for legitimate event and production purposes.

This right does not permit you to:

• copy or reproduce the software;
• sell, sublicense or redistribute the platform;
• create an unauthorised competing copy of the software;
• extract or reuse substantial portions of the platform or database;
• reverse engineer or decompile the platform except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• remove copyright, branding or proprietary notices;
• use Run of Shows branding as your own; or
• represent that you own, operate or are officially affiliated with Run of Shows.

7. Feedback and suggestions

If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas or feedback regarding Run of Shows, you agree that we may use that feedback to develop, improve or modify the service without creating an obligation to compensate you.

This does not give us ownership of your rundowns, scripts, event content or other User Content.

8. Reporting intellectual-property infringement

If you believe material available through RunOfShows.com, RunOfShows.app or the Run of Shows service infringes your copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property rights, please contact:

support@runofshows.app

Your notice should, where possible, include:

• your name and contact information;
• identification of the protected work or right;
• identification of the material you believe infringes that right;
• sufficient information for us to locate the relevant material;
• an explanation of the basis of your claim; and
• evidence that you own or are authorised to act for the owner of the relevant right.

We may remove, restrict or investigate allegedly infringing content where reasonably appropriate.

Repeated or serious intellectual-property infringement may result in account suspension or termination in accordance with our Terms of Service.
